Step into the role of a magical construct defending a Rift in a first-person fantasy action experience. This demo showcases a polished vertical slice of Project Bastion, including core combat, enemy AI, and immersive arena design.

How to Play:

  • LMB - Attack
  • LSHIFT(Hold) - Sprint
  • Space - Jump
  • WASD - Movement
  • ESC - Pause

Demo Features:

  • Core Combat: A two-attack sword combo with sprinting.

  • Enemy AI: Basic AI that prioritizes attacking the Rift or player.

  • Level: A simple circular arena, intended to have verticality but I have yet to add it

  • Atmosphere: Nighttime fog and aurora lighting for immersive mood.

  • Rift Mechanics: Basic VFX representing the Rift, if destroyed it and trigger the game-over screen (“Anchor has been destroyed. Returning to Limbo”).

  • Player Respawn: Simple respawn screen (“Your form has been severed, return to Limbo…”) to maintain flow.

  • Menu: Minimal main menu

  • Combat & Targeting: Health and combat components implemented; sphere trace targeting is functional but basic.

  • Additional Enemy Variation
  • Better Level Design with verticality

  • Additional Combat Mechanics (Dash, Abilities, Weapons)
